The MLB is looking for international growth by setting sights for India and Japan. We found five jobs being posted under “International Game Development” at MLB.com which included four positions to help grow the MLBs brand in India and one in Japan. It’s also perfect timing as the league’s website touts Arjun Nimmala, an Indian-American shortstop prospect expected to be picked in the first round of the MLB Draft, which is tonight. Everything You Need to Know about Donlans Sphere

ICYMI: You might’ve seen or heard of a massive sphere near the Las Vegas Sphere. The MSG Sphere, a $2.3 billion entertainment Death Star. Here’s everything you need to know:

  1. Who Owns it? The MSG Sphere is owned by Sphere Entertainment Co. In April, Sphere Entertainment announced it would sell its majority interest in Tao Group Hospitality to Mohari Hospitality.

  2. What will it be used for? The eye-catching lit up Death Star venue will host live music, film and sporting events. Some examples may include boxing and mixed martial arts.

  3. What are some building stats? It can seat nearly 18,000 people and is 250 feet high, all the way around. The Sphere is home to more than 160,000 speakers. That’s not all… the sphere has 4D equipment such as wind and vibration machines. It’s considered to be the world’s biggest spherical structure!

The sphere is expected to open later this year for concerts and sporting events. It’s only a matter of time before the sphere becomes a city staple just like the Bellagio’s water fountains and the half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower.

The Chicago Cubs Suite Buying Experience is Pleasant

Why the Chicago Cubs have A Great Suite Buying Experiences

The Chicago Cubs are third in the NL Central, yet they might be first in the league for suite buying. We took a look at www.cubssuites.com and found three reasons why other teams should follow the Cubs as the golden standard for suites. It’s available to book 24/7, it’s incredibly transparent, and they are flexible by having filters allowed for different days, pricing, and opponents.

It also has one of the better user interfaces and is designed for ease of booking. We took a look around the website and were pleasantly surprised by having the ability to view the suites among other amenities such as unlimited beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

While the Cubs didn’t make the Forbes Top 5 Luxury list, if you are ever in Chicago during the season, and have the money to spend, let us know if it’s worth it, and we will report back!
